INNER GODDESS

This workshop is designed to re-establish connection  with the beautiful innate wisdom, joy and inner guidance that lies within each of us, inspiring a deeper understanding of life’s journey and purpose.  Suzanne works dynamically with the group, assisting each participant to connect with  their primordial strength and beauty that is inherent with womanhood.  This is achieved through sharing, meditation, group energy focus, creative expression, music, dance and writing.

MENOPAUSE: A SHARMANIC APPROACH

Sometimes, life in this phase, seems dark and confusing; but there is light that shines brightly. This workshop embraces the spiritual aspect of the journey into Crone-Ship, focussing on the significant energy shifts that occur during this phase which empower our female psyche and manifest deeper awareness and self knowledge.  In this workshop Suzanne teaches relaxation and visualization techniques to help with the challenges of this particular part of life’s journey  and helps restore the being to balance and power. This workshop involves creative expression, sharing, strategies for creating harmony within your being, meditation and movement, plus practical information on managing physical, emotional, psychological  symptoms that you may be experiencing  in this passage of you life.

 CHAKRA

In the Chakra workshop Suzanne brings together a greater understanding and awareness of the energetic belief systems and patterns that shape our lives, reminding us that we are on a learning and healing journey.  When we allow ourselves to open to this awareness and learning, we give ourselves the opportunity to change habitual behaviours and develop new pathways into spiritual consciousness. This enables us to realize we are not victims of fate but empowered beings creating our reality. This is an enjoyable  and liberating workshop that is insightful and thought provoking.
